There are some informations that I don't know if it should be added or not:
Kitami tells Minase he can acquire stronger power, and if Minase kept Rasha after Kitami died or not
After Kitami seduce Minase and gives him Imp Rasha, she tells him this in the infirmary:
Kitami: "But if you desire it, you can acquire an even stronger power... like I have."
I wonder if Minase got that stronger power in Deceivers or Evil Never Dies endings.
In Evil Never Dies ending, Minase betrays Kitami, he interrupts the rituel by injecting Kitami aphrodisiac and Kitami's soul was taken by the demon.
I don't know if Minase lost Rasha after Kitami died or not, but seeing that Saeki still obeys Minase, he probably had even though he doesn't mention Rasha, he simply says;
Minase: "Don't worry, I'll be in charge of things from now on."
Saeki: "What can you possibly do?!"
Minase: "Anything. Even though Ms. Kitami is gone, we still have the book and this room."
Saeki: "Are you serious?"
Minase: "Yeah..."
Saeki: "Fine. We don't care who our leader is. As long as we can satisfy our desires."
Minase: "Wise decision..."
Minase: After that day I become the leader of the group. And right now, I'm preparing to obtain greater power. My minions took control of the school, we can do whatever we want... Its only matter of time until we take another leap forward... Once we complete the ritual, no one will able to stop us... As long as we have the book and that basement, our dreams will be realized soon enough...
Saeki: "Minase... This is how much we got yesterday."
Minase: As we break for lunch, Saeki and Imari come over to my desk. I take the thick envelope from Saeki's hand. I peek inside, and there are wads of bills. Its the money my group gathered today. We use the school to practice black magic and we use orgies to rack in tons of cash. Rumors surround us, and if we add in the sales of our drugs, we're a wealthy empire.
Minase: "It looks like you made a lot of money... And did you find a sacrificial lamb for our ritual?"
Saeki: "Yes. We found four people that are well suited for the sacrifice."
Minase: "Wonderful. Then convert them immediately."
Saeki: "Yes..And can you do me today?"
Imari: "Minase... We've been wanting to do it since our first class..."
Minase: "You sluts... If you want to do it, there are other guys, you know..."
Imari: "You know I would never do it with anyone besides you. I only let the others do from behind."
Saeki: "I want you too, Minase. I don't let other guys release their juices inside me."
Minase: They are both crazy about sex. They've become a bunch of sluts. These days, they ask for sex after every class, and I'm getting a bit tired of them.

No mention of Minase having Rasha and demonic powers, he mentions about the book and the basement, it would be interesting that Saeki obeys him if he doesn't have demonic powers though. Because Saeki was suppose to be a better magician than Minase if they both don't have demonic powers, Minase has the book but Saeki can also use it since they are partners in this ending.
It could be also because Saeki lost Kitami, the closest partner she would have is Minase, and since Minase likes Imari, Saeki might be jealous of seeing that and thats why she fall in love with Minase in this ending.
Or simply because Minase still has Rasha and Saeki is impressed with Minase being leader and Minase's power, thats why she falls in love with Minase.
