Eroge

Eroge (エロゲー or エロゲ erogē) is a Japanese video or computer game that features erotic content, also known as hentai games or H-games. The term eroge is a portmanteau of erotic game (エロチックゲーム erochikku gēmu).

Gameplay is often in the style of a dating sim or visual novel, such as in the case of the first and second Bible Black games. However, there are also many other genres represented within eroge, such as role-playing, puzzle, trivia or digital board games.
